Marketing Assistant

Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI

Miron is looking for a Marketing Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI. The Marketing Assistant will work alongside our marketing team members in the planning, preparation, record keeping and coordination of marketing activities and events. The position is primarily administrative in nature and requires the individual to be detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively in a team environment. Accounting Professional

Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI

Miron is looking for an Accounting Professional at our Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI. The Accounting Professional is responsible for a variety of accounting activities, including but not limited to: the prompt review and entry of invoices, check runs, proper allocation of costs, customer billings and other general accounting related support duties. Project Manager

SCOPE
Manages all project activities including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout, and owner occupancy.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience in construction related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works closely with the architect/engineer
  • Coordinates estimating, scheduling, and safety efforts
  • Conducts pre-bid meetings
  • Directs value engineering
  • Pre-qualifies subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitors purchasing
  • Supervises shop drawings
  • Maintains regular communication with the field
  • Provides monthly status reports to owner
  • Participates in all team meetings
  • Conducts weekly job site meetings
  • Prepares monthly pay requests to owner/architect
  • Approves and submits monthly pay requests of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Prepares purchase orders for owner tax savings
  • Requests and maintain operation and maintenance manuals
  • Partners with project coordinator to provide ongoing and accessible support
  • Responds to Requests for Information and presents cost adjustments

Field Superintendent

SCOPE
Coordinates and supervises all on-site construction activities of a project.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience on site supervising construction related activities. Concrete forming and large project experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works closely with the owner, foremen, subcontractors and/or craft activities
  • Coordinates plans and specifications with project manager and others, clarifying discrepancies
  • Ensures profitability and timely completion of assigned projects
  • Coordinates on-site safety efforts

Estimator

SCOPE
Performs estimate take off and prepare construction budget for negotiated and hard bid projects, setting forth project specifications, bills of materials, man-hour projections, craft sequence, and quality and method standards to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial estimating.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform estimate take off and prepare construction budget for negotiated and hard bid projects.
  • Transmit/receive work product via internet FTP sites.
  • Communicate all business, technical and project aspects to sub contractors, i.e. “terms & conditions.”
  • Prepare and present best estimate for overall project cost, i.e., prepare bid packages.
