Miron Construction begins work on University of Iowa Hospital and Clinic building

Miron Construction Co., Inc., in partnership with Studio 483 Architects, began work on the Acute Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Miron’s scope of work on the project includes renovating 22,500 square feet of the current level three-patient floor in the John Colloton Pavilion into the Acute Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant Unit within the hospital. Work on the project began in September 2017 and is scheduled to be complete in August 2018.
