Project Description:

The Advance Business Development Center provides an environment conducive to incubating entrepreneurs and growth-oriented businesses. The center offers help to new businesses by providing "reasonable rent, access to office equipment, administrative support and mentoring" to "diversify the economic base of Brown County and Northeast Wisconsin by creating skilled high-paying jobs, building tax base, and promoting community and economic development."

The 50,000 square-foot mixed use facility offers modern technological amenities, office and light manufacturing space (bays from 600 to 4,000 square feet), conference and "smart classroom" spaces, shared office services, and synergy with areas of specialization at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. The center also houses the offices of Advance (an arm of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce).
