This high-profile facility is located along a major highway. Although the shell structure design was complete, the College chose an additional architect to design the interiors of the build-out. Miron coordinated both architectural designs to ensure cohesion in the final building product.
The existing building occupying half of the site was razed, leaving a construction site composed of one plot city-owned land and one plot tribal-owned land. Since the building would occupy the entire site (both plots), Miron also managed the coordination of the regulating entities to procure the necessary permitting and facilitate compliance with site ordinances.
