Miron selected Bray Associates as our design partner to work closely with Emanuel Lutheran to assure that this complex project met the demanding cost and timing expectations of the congregation.
The added spaces included a two-story classroom addition, gymnasium, commons, kitchen and food service support spaces, and administration. Remodeled areas included entrances and corridors, and a multi-purpose space.
The design and bidding process yielded 5% savings from the expected budget, and the project was managed with less than 1% in net change orders.
The facility was active throughout the project requiring the two-story addition to be completed in 5 months. The balance of the project started 2 months later and was also completed in 5 months.
