Project Description:

The expanded Emergency Treatment Center (ETC) occupies nearly 60,000 square feet—more than double the size of the former facilities. In addition to expanded clinical areas, the new facility accommodates trauma and emergency medicine administration, teaching areas including an auditorium, designated space for laboratory and radiology services, and the Emergency Medicine residency program.

The new clinical area in the ETC includes 28 private patient rooms, three major critical care rooms, three specialized trauma rooms, two rooms for psychiatric emergencies, one specialty room for ophthalmologic, ENT, and dental emergencies.

The facility also includes a designated area for pediatrics and urgent care. Multiple private triage and registration areas promote efficient, confidential interaction with patients.
