Owner: Green Bay - Brown County
Completion: September 2002
Architect / Engineer: Ellerbe Becket Inc.

Project Description:

As one of the largest single subcontractors, Miron was responsible for the foundation and superstructure concrete packages on the stadium’s east side. The east side of the stadium included the Titletown Atrium, concourse area, luxury suites, locker room facilities, restrooms, and administration area.

Additionally, Miron performed the masonry and general trades packages encompassing the entire stadium, the installation of the carpentry millwork package throughout, as well as the build-out for the 26,000 square-foot Curly’s Pub. Curly's restaurant/bar is heavily themed around the Green Bay Packers and Miller Brewing Company.

During the season, game day operations proceeded as usual, even in the midst of major construction, which, as Stu Zadra, Owner’s representative, stated "meant having about 65,000 people coming through the middle of the site 10 times a season."

Substantial planning and coordination was required to accomplish the work in a sequence that made it possible to build in both down time and during the season.
