Miron has made the grade on more than 500 educational projects, totaling more than $1 billion. Our projects include the construction of new buildings, remodeling projects, and additions to existing elementary, middle, and high schools. Our team of educational specialists work together to guide districts through all aspects of the project, from facilities assessment and pre-referendum support, through design and construction.
A key element in our success is the vital pre-referendum effort. Before breaking ground, a district must educate its community on needs and proposed solutions in order to garner community support. Miron has over 15 years of experience providing referendum assistance resulting in 39 successful referenda totaling over $645 million in new and improved facilities for Wisconsin's students, staff, and communities.

Dr. Shelly Severson, Superintendent, School District of Black River Falls "Miron helped facilitate our Community Facility Task Force conversations in a way that respected and honored the diverse opinions in the group. These conversations led the way to a final proposal that was reflective of our community's values. Miron was personable and professional in their guidance of the process.Their expertise captivated the community, keeping them informed, involved, and engaged through the final successful vote!"
Dr. Heidi Schmidt, District Administrator, Hortonville Area School District "The personal commitment on behalf of the Miron team - from the planning through the referendum, construction, and into occupancy - was outstanding. From the beginning, we knew the schedule was extremely aggressive, but Miron worked tirelessly to maintain the schedule and work through any potential issues that may have affected the completion. The team was in constant communication with our staff, and understood the needs and priorities for getting the schools ready to welcome our students in the fall. Our students will enjoy these beautiful facilities for years to come, and Miron Construction guided us every step of the way."
