Process & Approach
The Miron Experience
At Miron, we felt our home should reflect our evolution and philosophy: “you are where you live.” Our dream was to create an experience, not just a building, where we could learn what is most important to our clients, collaborate with partners and support our employees in bringing our clients’ dreams to life. This philosophy inspired our C5 Process.
Miron’s C5 Process
Our C5 Process starts with a true understanding of who you are, the core vision, goals and dreams of your organization. For any project to reach its full potential, every member of our team must focus on these factors. What ultimately sets us apart is our ability to engage the project team around you in a way that builds your vision into every phase of design and construction.
The “capture” phase begins as we focus the team on understanding who you are, what you do and how this project will enhance your organizational goals. During this phase, the team learns about your current state and strategic business goals and establishes the project’s drivers and vision statement. This work guides the rest of the design and construction process.
The “create” phase involves developing project concepts that fulfill your vision. We can enhance schematic design concepts using 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) for visualization, coordination and energy modeling. Along the way, Miron refines the project budget, develops realistic schedules and builds quality into every detail. The entire pre-construction team is engaged to ensure that the final design meets all project goals.
To ensure your operational and technical objectives are met, Miron integrates your project drivers into the construction process. The dedicated and experienced Miron team on your site transforms your vision into reality.
Communicate • Confirm
Communication is the critical element that links the process together at every step to ensure consistency, predictability and value. Our approach stresses communicating regularly with all team members while confirming that the team is fully engaged with the project vision. This communicate-confirm loop occurs continuously throughout all phases, ensuring members become a unified, high-performance team fulfilling your project goals.
