As a way to encourage the C5 philosophy and share real life examples of it at work, we have created Miron Construction’s C5 Recognition Program.
This program serves as a way to honor individuals for instances where their passion has helped others and their use of C5 has made a difference. To do this, we request your assistance.
Individuals are encouraged to nominate themselves or fellow employees as “Miron C5 Champions” by filling out a simple form on MiSite and providing a brief description of why the individual deserves to be honored.
Upon recognition, each C5 Champion will receive a C5 sticker to place on his/her hard hat and a personalized thank you note from David G. Voss, Jr. or Tim Kippenhan. In addition, the champion’s story may also be shared at a M.O.R.E. meeting, because let’s face it, the best way to celebrate and communicate C5 successes is to share them with fellow team members. This way, we can all participate in helping bring our clients’, communities’, and each other’s dreams to life.
The success of this program depends completely on members of our team. It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day projects and paperwork, so it’s vital to the spirit of our organization to take time out to recognize employees who successfully bring C5 to life.
