The Technology Support Specialist will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. The Conceptual Estimator is a key member of the preconstruction team and will contribute to the preconstruction process in order to successfully bring a project together. The Conceptual Estimator will be responsible for assisting in the proposal process, providing high level budgets, providing detailed budgets, and creating the final bid-day solution. Project Accountant – Madison, WI

Miron has an opening for a project accountant at our Madison location. The project accountant is an integral part of a project management team, and is responsible for the various accounting functions in support of commercial construction projects. A few core functions include ownership of the potential change item (PCI) log, managing subcontractor change orders, preparing lump-sum owner pay applications, performing sub-tier verification, and executing weekly forecasts. Small Tools Mechanic – Menasha, WI

Know a good mechanic? Have a friend who is good with tools and has some experience fixing small power tools? We are looking for a small tools mechanic at our warehouse operations facility in Menasha. The perfect candidate will have some hands-on experience fixing small power tools (drills, saws, roto-hammers, etc.). The small tools mechanic will need their own tools, and regular attendance is required. Most importantly, the right candidate will have a positive “can do” attitude and a desire to work hard. The need is immediate, and pay is commensurate with experience and very competitive.

Project Manager – Multiple Locations

Miron is searching for project managers in all of our locations to provide direct management of construction projects. Responsibilities include handling construction/building issues, purchasing materials, creating and following schedules, and careful monitoring of and reporting on financial issues related to projects. Field Superintendent – Multiple Locations

We are looking for experienced superintendents to join our team! Responsibilities of this role include overall direct field supervision of projects, ensuring production goals, craftsmanship standards, and safety practices are met. Superintendents interface with project management to develop and update construction schedules, obtain subcontractors, and ensure that projects are within budget. Cement Finisher – Cedar Rapids, IA

Miron is looking for experienced cement finishers to join our team in Iowa! This role is a union position. We will also accept someone willing to join the apprenticeship program if not currently qualified as a Journeyman. Responsibilities of this role will include pouring, hand work and machine work with proficient knowledge in running riders, 4 footers, edgers and/or vibre screed machines. Successful candidates must be willing to travel statewide and out of state, with schedule changes day to day. Daily hours required may vary (ex: willing to stay late on short notice, etc.). Experience working with color, shake/hardener and patching is preferred but not required. This individual will work on projects of various sizes and complexities and with a variety of different people/trades. The need is immediate, and pay is commensurate with experience and very competitive.
