In April, voters approved four referendum questions in three school districts with Miron Construction Co., Inc. serving as the construction manager and providing community education and support throughout the referendum process. Miron will continue involvement in the projects (totaling $61,730,000) as construction manager.
Coleman School District approved two referendum questions which will support additions and renovations to the district’s K-12 facilities to update building infrastructure and security, complete science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) upgrades at the high school, and more. Bray Associates is the architect and Miron Construction is the construction manager.
Plymouth School District approved a referendum to make improvements across the entire district, including a district-wide security and communications system upgrade. Miron, in partnership with Architects Group Limited, will also construct a new gymnasium, cafeteria, and academic additions at two elementary schools; and remodel academic spaces and build an indoor athletic addition to the high school.
Miron has more than 15 years of experience providing referendum assistance for 42 successful referenda, totaling more than $700 million in new and improved facilities for Wisconsin’s students, staff, and communities.
