Project Overview

The Nicolet Center, located in the heart of Green Bay, is a 112,000 square-foot facility housing Nicolet National Bank’s new headquarters, as well as other tenants including an insurance company, a brokerage firm, and private office suites. The four-story building also contains a 27,000 square-foot sub-grade parking level. The exterior of this facility is composed of brick and stone, and topped with a copper roof system which will age over time to a green patina. The interior is graced with multi-color slate flooring and natural maple woodwork, accents, and monumental staircase. The facility contains state-of-the-art security, surveillance, HVAC, and electrical systems.
