Project Overview

The 7,000 square-foot addition included new masonry and bar joist addition for the new packaging line, IMP ceiling, and new spiral freezer.

The 13,000 square-foot remodel included three new spiral freezers, reconfiguration of the cook line, new pre-cast roof system over the cook lines, the raising of the existing roof system approximately 12 feet to accommodate the new spiral freezers, and replacement of all existing floor and sanitary drains.
