Community Impact

Investing Beyond the Project Site

The Heart Behind the Work

Being a part of the community is at the heart of our organization. Each year, we make meaningful investments in projects, organizations, and events that strengthen the communities where we live and work.

How We Give Back

Making a Difference in More Ways Than One

Making a difference takes many forms. From investing time and resources to building lasting relationships, Team Miron is committed to creating positive impact in the communities we serve.

Partnerships

Through strategic investments and collaboration, we work alongside organizations like the United Way, YMCA, and Boys & Girls Clubs to help advance their missions.

Charitable Giving

Miron’s ongoing sponsorships, donations, and in-kind construction services include buildouts for organizations like Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin and the St. Joseph Food Program.

Volunteering

Through the Miron Volunteer Program (MVP), employees donate hundreds of hours each year to causes they care about.

Miron is proud to be the platinum sponsor of the Community First Fox Cities Marathon. Every September, Miron employees and their families assist with event set-up, volunteer and cheer at the sidelines, and participate in races.

Boys & Girls Clubs

Boys & Girls Clubs help young people build the skills, confidence, and connections to reach their full potential. Through financial support and hands-on volunteerism, Miron is proud to stand behind Clubs in Green Bay, Oshkosh, Wausau, and the Fox Valley and the meaningful impact they make in our communities.

YMCA

YMCAs create opportunities for people of all ages to connect, grow, and thrive while building stronger communities. Miron is proud to invest in that mission through our support of YMCAs in South Wood County, Green Bay, and the Fox Cities, as well as the Wisconsin Alliance of YMCAs.

Kids’ Christmas Party

For more than 20 years, Miron’s Kids’ Christmas Party has brought holiday joy to local children and families in need. Miron employees make the tradition possible every step of the way, generously donating funds, shopping for gifts, preparing for the celebration, and volunteering their time to create a memorable day for our special guests.

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin brings people and resources together to help address hunger and strengthen communities. Miron is proud to stand behind that mission through financial support, in-kind contributions, and employees who generously give their time to help our neighbors in need.

Make-A-Wish

For Team Miron, supporting Make-A-Wish has meant the opportunity to help grant some very special wishes. When five-year-old Dominic wished to be a “worker man” for the day, our team jumped at the chance to give him a construction experience he wouldn’t forget.
