Why Miron?
Internships with Impact
At Miron, you’ll gain tangible skills and experience you can put on a resume. You’ll connect with other interns and be paired with a mentor who wants you to succeed. Most importantly, you’ll work on projects that matter.
I chose Miron because of the lasting impact the company has had on both me and my community.
Miron has provided feedback towards my resume and networking skills, and without their helpful guidance, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Additionally, the time and money they’re willing to invest in their internship program shows that they care about us and want us to succeed.
Ben Westaby, Project Management Intern
My internship with Miron this summer has given me a great opportunity to learn the role of a project manager and see active construction sites with the superintendent.
I have been able to strengthen my knowledge, review RFIs and submittals, navigate Procore efficiently, create 360-degree videos of the project site, and improve my communication skills with other contractors.
Elise Ketola, Project Management Intern
The connections made and the community impact has been the most rewarding aspects of my job.
At Miron, the aspect I cherish the most is the endless stream of connections. It’s not merely about erecting structures; it’s about building a community. We’re not just colleagues; we’re a team united by a shared vision of success and community enrichment.
Jenna Johanknecht, Virtual Construction Intern
This internship has prepared me for the real world in many ways.
First, I am working on site at a large and fast-moving project every day. This project has helped me get comfortable with the site environment. Leading Stand Down and the site safety walks have helped grow my confidence with public speaking.
