Turn Ambition into Action

A Culture of Growth and Development

Supporting employees means giving them space to grow in their personal and professional lives. That’s where our resident leadership and life coach comes in. Whether team members need one-on-one coaching, meeting facilitation, or simply a sounding board to work through roadblocks, this confidential resource is here to help.

At the intersection of human resources, learning and development, and company culture, our leadership and life coach serves as a facilitator, coach, mediator, and presenter. He shares practical guidance on leadership and continuous learning that employees can apply in all areas of life. By creating space to explore goals and work through challenges, our coach helps team members figure out the path that’s right for them.

What’s Your Dream?

The Dream Project

Miron helps employees reach their goals in a tangible way. It’s called the Dream Project.

It challenges employees to live out Miron’s core values. Coaching helps employees Stay Grounded by figuring out who they are, who they want to become, and how to get there. It invites employees to Think Big and Dig Deep to explore what’s possible. Our dedicated coach helps each employee determine what truly matters and how they can Build Legacies.

The Dream Project is available to all employees during work hours at no cost.

Eric acts as a mirror and helps you work things out for yourself ... he helps you gather your thoughts on next steps, create an action plan to achieve your goal, and then holds you accountable to it.
