Project Overview

This two-story, 98,000 square-foot office building serves as Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC’s new corporate office location. The building features office and meeting space for the company’s 450-member team. The project also involved the creation of an on-site parking lot large enough to accommodate parking for over 400 vehicles.

Sustainable features were incorporated into the building’s design to improve energy efficiency and take advantage of daylighting and the site’s other natural features. In addition to providing energy savings, the new office building creates a space that is more closely aligned with Foth’s organizational and operational requirements, and reinforces the company’s customer-centered mission.
