For more than 30 years, Miron Construction has been proud to call Wausau home.
During that time, we’ve had the opportunity to partner with organizations across the region to build schools, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, community spaces, and workplaces that support growth and strengthen the communities we serve. Our recent renovation of the Miron office in Wausau’s Dudley Tower is another investment in that ongoing commitment.
The multi-year transformation reimagined our workspace to better serve employees, clients, partners, and the community. While the building itself has changed, the purpose behind it remains the same: creating a welcoming place where relationships are built, ideas are shared, and projects take shape.
“This investment reflects our confidence in the future of Wausau and the greater Northwoods region,” said Craig Uhlenbrauck, who leads Miron’s Wausau office. “We’re fortunate to be part of a community that has supported us for decades, and we wanted to create a space that reflects both our commitment to the area and appreciation for the people who make it such a great place to live and work.”
Designed by EUA, with engineering services provided by Excel Engineering, the renovated office blends modern functionality with design elements inspired by the surrounding Northwoods landscape. Working alongside Trevor Koenigs, Miron’s Creative Services Manager, the team incorporated branding and environmental graphics that celebrate the character, history, and natural beauty of the region.
Throughout the space, visitors will find intentional touches that connect the office to its surroundings, creating an environment that feels distinctly Wausau. From gathering spaces inspired by local landmarks to design details that reflect the area’s outdoor heritage, the office was designed to honor the community that has played such an important role in Miron’s growth.

Like every successful construction project, this renovation was made possible through strong partnerships and collaboration. We extend our gratitude to the many local subcontractors and suppliers who contributed their expertise and craftsmanship throughout the project. Their work helped bring the vision to life while showcasing the strength of the region’s construction industry.
Perhaps most importantly, the renovation reflects Miron’s continued investment in its people. As the company’s oldest and largest satellite office, the Wausau team plays a vital role in serving clients throughout northern Wisconsin and Michigan. The new space was designed to support collaboration, foster innovation, and enhance the experience of both employees and visitors.
At Miron, construction has always been about more than buildings. It’s about creating spaces that bring people together and strengthen relationships. The renovated Wausau office stands as a reflection of that belief, while reinforcing our long-term commitment to the clients, partners, and communities that have helped shape our success.
As we look to the future, the Wausau office will continue serving as a hub for collaboration, community involvement, and client service – building on a legacy that began more than three decades ago and will continue for many years to come.
