Miron Construction Co., Inc. adds two new team members at corporate headquarters
Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently made two new hires at its corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis.
Melissa Kissinger joined Miron as a controller.
In this position, she is responsible for overseeing all daily accounting and financial reporting, developing and supporting business metrics, and monitoring and managing cash flow to support the business.
Melissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor of business administration in accounting and finance.
Prior to joining Miron, she served as a controller with a northeast Wisconsin construction company and also as manager at Baker Tilly in Appleton.
Bill Schaller was hired as an industrial estimator. Bringing 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he is responsible for performing estimate take offs and preparing construction budgets for hard bid project opportunities.
He will also study project plans and specifications, solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate material and labor costs to prepare and present the most accurate and cost-effective estimate for the overall project cost. Bill earned a bachelor’s degree in construction with a minor in business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He previously served as a project manager for a construction company in Wisconsin.
