Miron Construction Co., Inc. makes multiple hires for headquarters

Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently made three new hires for the company’s corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis.

Eric Marcoe has been hired as Miron’s new dream coach. Bringing dreams to life is part of Miron’s vision. There is a powerful connection between the personal dreams of Miron employees and Miron’s ability to bring client dreams to life and sustain growth. The dream coach is responsible for implementing and supporting Miron’s Dream Project and works closely with the executive team to ensure its success. Through the coaching process, the dream coach helps dream achievers identify their dreams and move toward realizing them, allowing employees to become the best versions of themselves. In addition to facilitating regular sessions with dream achievers, the dream coach provides leadership by sharing successes, looking for ways to incorporate the Dream Project into Miron’s culture, and seeking out partners to help support it. Eric comes to Miron from Ministry Health Care where he served as an organizational development & service excellence consultant. He received his Master of Education and Human Resources Management Degree (with an emphasis in Adult Education and Training) from Colorado State University and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Finance and Economics at Carroll College.

Marty Jensen has been hired to serve as project manager. This leadership position brings value to Miron by providing direct management of construction projects. This encompasses dealing with construction / building issues, purchasing materials, creating / following schedules and careful monitoring of, and reporting on, financial issues related to projects. Ultimately, he will deliver projects in accordance with established company policies and procedures and will be accountable for project success on all projects he manages. Marty has five years of experience in the construction industry and is a graduate of Northern Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management (with a minor in Industrial Maintenance). Prior to joining the Miron team, Marty was employed by DeGroot Incorporated.

As network manager, Dan Schneider will facilitate innovative technical solutions for daily operational needs by maintaining constant communication with the IT director and technology support specialists. Dan will also be responsible for providing technical guidance for the technology support specialist role while keeping long-term goals aligned with daily activities. Dan has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, but most recently served as technical coordinator for St. Mary’s Springs Academy in Fond du Lac, Wis.

Christine Bohl is Miron’s newest marketing coordinator. In this position, she will assist with the creation of project proposals, interview materials, ads, and other miscellaneous marketing materials. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing and Communication from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. In addition, she has completed coursework in marketing and image editing at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. Prior to being hired by Miron, Christine was employed by The H.S. Group, Inc. as a career management coordinator.
