Neenah, Wis. – Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently hired David J. Walsh to serve as Vice President of Leadership & Organizational Development. David will be located at Miron’s corporate headquarters in Neenah, Wis., and will utilize his 20 years of experience in law enforcement and leadership development to lead Miron’s workforce education and training initiative throughout the 1,000+ employee organization.
This addition to Miron’s team further illustrates Miron’s commitment to growing leaders within their organization. David’s duties will include, but are not limited to, human resources, leadership development, and accountability.
David previously served as Chief of Police for the City of Appleton. In that role, David was responsible for leadership/management, hiring/career development and budgeting/accountability. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice (Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois) and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio).
David lives in Appleton, Wis. with his wife and three daughters.
