Project Overview

This project involved the construction of a 217,000 square-foot greenfield manufacturing facility. This facility specializes in production of wood doors, frames, panels, and other customized plywood applications. Miron was responsible for relocating equipment from an existing facility to the new building. This was completed using a schedule jointly created by Miron and Eggers to move equipment in 3-5 day windows in order to prevent lost production. All equipment was match marked, disassembled, moved, and reassembled. Large equipment included several presses, CNC routers, and material handling equipment. Miron completed all equipment installation and was responsible for check-out and start-up.
