Project Overview
The Fr. Eugene E. Gries, O.Praem., Residence Hall is designed as a state-of-the-art residence for upperclassmen. The three-story, apartment-style facility is designed to provide students with a transitional living experience that bridges the gap between traditional campus living and what they might expect in their first residence after graduation.
The 59,000-square-foot building features a brick and cast stone exterior and includes a reflection area, fitness center, laundry room, common study area, and lounge. Each of the 36 apartments contains four single-occupancy bedrooms and an open concept kitchen and living area. The building has wireless internet, is cable-ready, wheelchair-accessible, and fully furnished. Total occupancy is 144 students.
