Project Overview

The project impacts all students, 4K-12th grade by replacing aging facilities with new spaces designed for today’s teaching and learning.

The project includes an academic addition for elementary classrooms, library and special education areas, state-of-the-art tech ed addition with spaces for agriculture, woods, metals, and a fab lab providing students opportunities to gain career-focused, hands-on skills relevant to local industries.

Modern middle/high school science labs and new spaces for elementary and middle/high school art are also included.

These additions replace the two oldest portions of the building: the three-story 1924 building that housed 4K-6th classrooms, and the 1946 building that housed tech ed areas.

In their words…

“We relied on Miron’s expertise when it was time to bid our project. They kept the process transparent and made sure to get multiple bidders, including their self-performed work, and included local sub-contractor participation. In the end, the bids came in under budget.”
- Kyle Luedtke, Superintendent, Sevastopol School District
