University of Iowa Soccer Operations and Team Facility

Project Overview

This new home for the University of Iowa women’s soccer team provides state-of-the-art facilities for a program on the rise. The structure creates a one-stop home for Iowa women’s soccer, and includes:

• A spacious locker room and lounge/team room
• A multipurpose room that overlooks one of the best soccer fields in the Big Ten and creates spaces for pregame and postgame meals, film review, study, socialization, and hosting events before and after matches
• An athletic training room for the sports medicine staff to treat athletes before or after a practice or game
• Additional amenities, including coaches’ offices, visiting team locker rooms, officials’ locker rooms, a press box, media room, filming platform, and storage space
