Alliance Laundry Systems Corporate Office Expansion & New Finished Goods Distribution Center

Alliance Laundry Systems began in 1908 in Ripon, Wisconsin with the introduction of a hand-operated washer. Today, Alliance operates manufacturing facilities in Wisconsin, Belgium, Czech Republic and China. The company manufactures and sells commercial laundry equipment for commercial, institutional, multi-housing and consumer applications.

The new warehouse facility includes 30 loading docks and onsite parking for 107 semi-trailers. Both the two-story corporate office building addition and new distribution center are part of the company’s commitment to modernize and expand their facilities. Such expansions are necessary to address current and expected product demand from consumer laundry, multi-housing and international customers.
