Howard-Suamico School District Addition, Renovation, and Infrastructure Projects
Green Bay, Wisconsin
Two schools were the primary focus of major transformation, and six other schools underwent major maintenance improvements in this district-wide facilities program following a $98M referendum.
- Bay View Middle School, which was originally designed as a high school, received renovations to provide learning spaces that support the middle school house concept, incorporating modern learning environments into a traditional environment, and right-sizing of core spaces such as the commons and gym by adding a physical education addition.
- Forest Glen Elementary School was renovated to incorporate skylights for natural daylight and provide physical and visual connections from learning to collaboration spaces. A physical education addition allowed the right-sizing of core spaces such as the commons and gym.
