Menominee Casino Resort, Convention Center & Gaming Facilities

Phase I encompassed the construction of a new 220,000 SF casino resort and remodeling of the approximately 90,000 SF existing casino and hotel.

The new resort features a 13,000 square foot Convention Center with a banquet hall big enough to host weddings/functions for up to 800 guests, five large breakout meeting rooms, an outdoor cabana bar off the new indoor swimming pool, and 102 newly renovated hotel rooms.

The Casino features over 880 slot machines, Blackjack, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Craps & Roulette, along with a Live Poker Room with 8 tables. Hospitality areas include a restaurant, lounge, and cafe.

Phase II included the construction of approximately 25,000 SF of new open gaming floor to feature a bar/lounge area, guest services, snack shop, and main entrance. The project also included light remodeling and refurbishment of approximately 7,000 SF of existing gaming space adjacent to the new gaming floor.
