Three Miron Construction leaders named to 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 list
David G. Voss., Jr., President and CEO; Tim Kippenhan, Vice President and COO; and Dean Basten, Secretary/Treasurer and CFO of Miron Construction Co., Inc. have all been named a 2025 Wisconsin Titan 100 by Titan CEO and headline sponsor Wipfli LLP. Dave was also recognized as a Titan 100 in 2024.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin’s top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. This group includes the state’s most accomplished business leaders based on their demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Dave is a leader and visionary who has proudly co-led Miron Construction since 1977. As president and CEO, Dave is deeply ingrained in the daily operations of the company and participates in all aspects of corporate management. Dave plays a significant role in Miron’s family-focused culture, and his relationships-first mentality reaches far beyond the company’s 1,700 employees. Throughout his more than 45-year long career, Dave has held value in investing time and resources, donating funds, and providing in-kind work for non-profit organizations. In addition to making an impact on those he encounters and leading with a well-defined vision.
Tim is instrumental in determining the direction of the company and ensuring that Miron is set up for success. Beginning his time at Miron while still in high school, he has learned all aspects of the company from estimating to the field before he landed in his current role in 2002. Tim is driven by the customer experience. He encourages all Miron team members to build strong, enduring relationships with clients and partners. Tim is keenly aware that details matter. As a result, he is incredibly thorough and detailed in his approach. He epitomizes what it means to be a Titan in the construction industry. He built his legacy through quiet, steady, and dedicated hard work. Logic and structure reign, allowing him to be strategic and measured in his approach.
Dean has been with Miron since 1998, serving as a outside consultant before officially joining. Over this time, Miron has grown exponentially. While the issues and risks Miron has faced have gotten far more robust, Dean’s formula for success has remained the same: leveraging Miron’s talent to produce the best solutions. As CFO, Dean oversees Miron’s finance team as well as Information Technology, so advancements in that area fall under his purview. Dean continues to push the envelope and ensure the right people are in the right seats to lead these initiatives.
