Antigo man to sign on as apprentice carpenter

Drew Nicholson will sign as a registered apprentice Tuesday at 8 a.m., at the Antigo Elementary School, 315 Western Ave. Miron Construction Co., Inc. will host a signing day celebrating Nicholson, as he bridges from youth apprentice to registered apprentice. He is signing on as a carpenter apprentice with Northern Midwest Regional Council of Carpenters, obtained through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.
