Technology Support Specialist – Neenah, WI
Miron is searching for a Technology Support Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI. The Technology Support Specialist position at Miron is an entry-level position to introduce employees to the Miron culture, and to provide the foundation for success within the department. IT Support Technicians troubleshoot IT-related equipment (PCs, wireless handheld devices, printers, and other end-user devices) and are expected to participate in learning new technologies and career development opportunities to progress to higher-level positions within the IT department. Estimator – Neenah, WI
Miron is searching for an Estimator at our Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI. The Estimator position at Miron is an entry-level position to introduce employees to the Miron culture, and to provide the foundation for success within the department. An Estimator will typically be responsible for estimating approximately 35 to 55 projects a year depending on difficulty of the project. Requirements include: bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or a combination of training and experience that provides sufficient construction knowledge to perform essential functions; affinity for and talent within mathematics; ability to quickly analyze, interpret and compare detailed information; verbal and written communication/presentation skills to manage client expectations. Virtual Construction Specialist – Neenah, WI
Miron is looking for a Virtual Construction Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI. The Virtual Construction Specialist works with the Director of Virtual Construction to manage duties related to Building Information Modeling (BIM) on assigned projects, and supports BIM workflow from pre-construction through project completion. Minimum two-year degree in architecture or construction sciences field. Two years of experience on commercial projects preferred. Experience Requirements and Responsibilities
Small Tools Mechanic – Menasha, WI
Know a good mechanic? Have a friend who is good with tools and has some experience fixing small power tools? We are looking for a small tools mechanic at our Warehouse Operations Facility in Menasha. The perfect candidate will have some hands-on experience fixing small power tools (drills, saws, roto-hammers, etc.). The small tools mechanic will need their own tools, and regular attendance is required. Most importantly, the right candidate will have a positive “can do” attitude and a desire to work hard. The need is immediate, and pay is commensurate with experience and very competitive.
Project Manager – Multiple Locations
Miron is searching for project managers in all of our locations to provide direct management of construction projects. Responsibilities include handling construction/building issues, purchasing materials, creating and following schedules, and careful monitoring of and reporting on financial issues related to projects. Field Superintendent – Multiple Locations
We are looking for experienced superintendents to join our team! Responsibilities of this role include overall direct field supervision of projects, ensuring production goals, craftsmanship standards, and safety practices are met. Superintendents interface with project management to develop and update construction schedules, obtain subcontractors, and ensure that projects are within budget. At Miron Construction, we take internships seriously. We realize that today’s students are tomorrow’s workforce, and we want to ensure that the best and the brightest are wearing Miron hardhats.
If you’re passionate about construction, relationship building, and helping to bring dreams to life, we want you on our team!
Each summer, we employ 28–36 interns to work in all areas of our company, with the general goal of offering several of those individuals permanent employment upon graduation.
Freshmen and sophomores, we want you, too! More than half of the interns we bring on are first- or second-year students.
Each intern is assigned a mentor and is stationed on one of our project sites or in an office setting to learn our policies, practices, and philosophies while also having a chance to engage with field personnel.

Project Management Intern
This individual supports Miron Project Managers, Superintendents and Project Executives as they monitor and control cost, schedule, and quality on construction projects. Interns observe and monitor Miron and subcontractor field work, verify schedule updates, and attend weekly internal and external project meetings. This educational position provides broad exposure to the construction industry, including field operations, cost accounting, meeting management, and general project leadership. Interns will also develop goals for their internships which will be formally presented to senior Miron leadership.
