We’ve learned that it’s not enough to simply construct buildings — we need to do more to understand our clients and what they are trying to accomplish. The success of our business relies on all our passionate employees going above and beyond to bring our vision statement to life each and every day.
Our commitment to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, ability, and experience drives us forward together every day. Here at Miron, we want you to bring your whole, authentic self to work.
Our team does more than construct buildings — we build dreams. As we grow, our communities grow. We embrace the importance of giving back and encourage all our employees to get involved by assisting their neighbors in need and bettering the world by putting their unique interests and talents to use for the greater good.
In my career, I always envisioned working for a company that shares my passion and allows me to work with great people. Miron provides those opportunities, and also shares my values. They value their employees and treat them like family.
Melissa O'Brien | Project Manager
Miron is filled with extremely strong and powerful women who continue to support their female colleagues, and they are constantly paving ways for newcomers. They are great mentors.
Maryam Sohail | Applications Developer
The relationships I’ve personally made over the years while working at Miron will last a lifetime. We work hard, play hard and all have similar mindsets in just wanting to get the work done and done right.
Jessica Mundt | Project Financial Controls Manager
Miron allows you to grow and develop in the role you choose and is always pushing you to succeed. I will be forever grateful for the opportunities that Miron has given me.
Laura Smith | Senior Virtual Construction Lead, Preconstruction
I thought working in construction was going to be a long shot for me. But I went to an interview in 2017 and have been working with Miron ever since. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to doing anything else. I like feeling the sense of accomplishment after finishing any task or project.
Neva Littlegeorge | Laborer

Our five core values permeate everything we do; they are what separate us from the competition. These values define who we are as an organization and set expectations for our clients — expectations that we must all live up to in order to deliver on our brand promise.
Colleague recognition is embedded in our company culture, and our Recognize It! program allows each of us to show gratitude to anyone who has made a difference in our day, whether big or small.
We are committed to providing a work environment that is not only healthy and productive, but free from hazards. At Miron, we work under the philosophy of SQP: Safety, Quality, Production. This integrated approach to the building process guides our daily decisions and work, ensuring project-wide accountability in all three categories.
Our employees are provided with the most comprehensive safety training in the industry. Miron’s project teams, which include risk control managers, develop site-specific safety plans and provide direct oversight of risk management, documentation, and training.
In addition, every employee is involved in the safety process and is charged with the responsibility to observe, identify, and immediately correct unsafe acts or conditions. A dedicated group of team members monitors work activities to ensure a safe working environment on all Miron sites, and a significant investment is committed annually to training, safety programs, safety equipment, and personnel.
Leadership at Miron has made the health and well-being of employees a priority by creating an employee self-care program, offering a holistic approach to the traditional wellness program that typically focuses solely on physical health. Instead, the focus is on creating a multi-faceted journey of well-being and growth.
Our wellness coordinator’s approach creates human connection with the goal of strengthening the five essentials for workplace mental health and well-being: protection from harm, opportunity for growth, mattering at work, work-life harmony, and connection and community. Employees are guided in developing and reaching their personal goals to help them become the healthiest version of themselves through relationship building, motivation, and positivity.
It’s about making a difference. People. Planet. Payback. Sustainability is one of Miron’s key drivers and is an integral part of our corporate culture. To demonstrate our commitment to environmental stewardship, we have launched corporate-wide sustainability initiatives that have been integrated into our business practices and construction operations, which are aimed at expanding our team’s knowledge and capabilities, sharing best practices with our partners, and extending sustainable leadership to our clients.
