Groundbreaking ceremony held Friday for new Stevens Point City Hall

City leaders and contractors broke ground Friday on a new Stevens Point City Hall.
The ceremony was held at 1039 Ellis St.
Mayor Mike Wiza spoke, along with Community Development Director Jarod Kivela, Miron Construction President and COO Tim Kippenhan, and Matt Schachtner, president and project architect with Somerville.
