Minocqua Library holds groundbreaking

A formal groundbreaking ceremony for the $1.6 million Minocqua Public Library project was held Thursday. The renovation/expansion plans call for the construction of a nearly 10,000 square foot addition to the west of the existing 4,800-square-foot library.
