“Party with a Purpose” to brighten the holidays for children in foster care
CASA of Marathon County is set to host a Party with a Purpose on December 10 at 3:30 p.m. in the Dudley Tower. This event will unite local businesses and community partners to spread holiday cheer to children in the CASA program and foster care.
Participants from companies like Miron Construction Co., BMO Bank, and Nicolet Bank will wrap gifts for 48 CASA children and fill stockings for 150 foster kids. Hy-Vee, along with a generous donor, will provide hams and grocery gift cards for Christmas dinners.
“This is our first time partnering with all of these incredible organizations in one united effort,” said Christy Keele, executive director for CASA of Marathon County.
The Dudley Tower will sponsor food and beverages for volunteers. Earlier this year, funds were raised through a Tailgate Party & Raffle by Miron Construction.
