Miron Construction Earns Mental Health America’s Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health Gold Certification for Second Year
Miron Construction Co., Inc., a leading contractor committed to building not just strong infrastructure but strong communities, is proud to announce it has earned the Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America for the second year in a row.
The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a national certification that recognizes employers who are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces. Developed by Mental Health America, the certification evaluates companies across key areas including workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
“We’re honored to receive this recognition from Mental Health America for the second year running,” said Dave Walsh, executive vice president, human resources. “Mental health and well-being are essential to the safety, productivity, and long-term success of our workforce. This certification affirms our continued efforts to prioritize our employees’ mental health with meaningful programs, resources, and an inclusive culture.”
Achieving the Gold level – a distinction awarded to companies demonstrating a strong commitment to employee mental health – underscores Miron’s dedication to supporting the well-being of its team at all levels. Initiatives such as suicide prevention training, Miron’s Mental Health Hub, and shared lived experience storytelling have helped create a workplace where mental wellness is not only encouraged but embedded into the company culture.
