Miron Construction youth apprentice receives 2026 Champions of Construction Award
A Miron Construction Co., Inc. youth apprentice has been named a 2026 Champion of Construction by the Northeast Wisconsin Construction Alliance. Machaela Mader, virtual construction youth apprentice, has been named the Youth Apprentice of the Year. Recipients of this award exemplify dedication to their trade, communication, and the construction industry; maintain a high level of reliability, self-awareness, and teamwork; and show eagerness to learn and for continuous improvement of construction skills. Below is an excerpt from her award submission.
Youth Apprentice of the Year – Machaela Mader, Virtual Construction Youth Apprentice
Though young in her career, Machaela sets herself apart from the rest by remaining composed and resourceful when faced with difficult or complex projects. Within her year and eight months with Miron, she has dug deep, thought critically, and found creative solutions that have amplified her talent and resilience. She is ready and willing to take on any task presented to her regardless of the size, scope, or challenge. Machaela is an actively engaged team member who asks thoughtful questions, is eager to learn from others, and works to continuously improve her work.
