The plant expansion consisted of a new production area, 1,535-ton ammonia refrigeration plant, low temperature blast freezer, and loading docks. Miron installed two spiral ovens, two spiral freezers, one infrared oven, one linear oven, stuff/grind equipment, and all conveyors/packaging equipment. Two building air handling units were also rigged and installed on the roof of the addition.
