Project Overview

For more than 65 years, Johnsonville has had a tradition of meeting and exceeding consumers’ demand for the highest-quality sausage products available. This project involved the expansion of the Johnsonville Sausage Meadowside Plant in Sheboygan Falls, WI, providing even more opportunities for Johnsonville to innovate and meet consumer demands.

The addition adds more than 40,000 square feet to the company’s smoked/cooked manufacturing plant and is used for innovation and new product development. The scope of work included the following:

  • 43,243 square-foot process addition
  • 9,082 square-foot mezzanine for R&D
