Miron Construction is proud to participate in the League of Wisconsin Municipalities Annual Conference. The League’s Annual Conference draws hundreds of Wisconsin’s elected officials and staff and helps make connections to the companies and organizations that provide the services and products that help them accomplish more.

Corey Brumbaugh, vice president of business development at Miron Construction, will be presenting on construction delivery methods for public entities. In this workshop, he will take a closer look at two delivery methods currently available to Wisconsin’s municipalities: design-bid-build and construction manager at risk (CMaR). Attendees will learn more about the contractor/construction manager’s role and the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Brumbaugh will also present an in-depth case study on the recently completed Fox Cities Exhibition Center, which will include discussion on how the selected delivery method helped to overcome some substantial project challenges.

The League of Wisconsin Municipalities Annual Conference takes place from Oct. 24-26 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Conference hours are Wednesday, Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 25 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.; and Friday, Oct. 26 from 7:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. Come visit us at booth 89/90!
