The Sylvee, Frank Productions’ newest music venue in Madison, offers a front row seat to experience both emerging and established artists, as well as an array of community events. Located in the newly built Gebhardt Building in the East Washington corridor, the 2,500-capacity live concert venue was designed to create an intimate experience for the entire crowd to see a wide variety of musical and live performances. The space can also be rented out for special events.

The main floor features an open, general admission, standing-room-only space, with great views of the stage from every angle. Bars are located on the first and second floors for easy access to refreshments. The venue also has a third deck, housing VIP suites that include seating and mingling areas and a private third-floor bar.

As recounted on The Sylvee website, the East Washington corridor is known for its grit, work ethic, and industrial past. Thanks to this unique venue, it’s also a newly minted hub for live music in the Midwest.
