“Serving as the construction manager for the U.S. Venture Center, our vision was always to become a tenant in this space. We have a longstanding partnership with the Green Bay Packers, Titletown Development LLC, and Commercial Horizons. We are currently completing the build-out for our neighbor’s space – Breakthrough’s Collaboration Hub – on the building’s fourth and fifth floors. We’re currently managing the build-outs for CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, which will encompass the entire second floor, and Aon Service Corporation, which will occupy a portion of the third floor. Both will be ready for occupancy in spring of 2022; by then the building will be at 80% capacity with approximately 26,000 square feet of space available. It’s an exciting time to be a tenant at the U.S. Venture Center!

Operating in this space allows us to better serve our clients from a state-of-the-art facility in a convenient location.
