Breakthrough announces move to Titletown District; Community Foundation to buy downtown train depot office space

Breakthrough, a company that helps shippers reduce fuel use and transportation costs, will move its approximately 100 employees from downtown Green Bay into a new headquarters in the Titletown District, just west of Lambeau Field.

The Titletown Office building, at Marlee Lane and Lombardi Avenue, has about 150,000 square feet of space spread out over seven floors, five of which will be commercial office space. The first floor will be a lobby and the sixth floor will have meeting and event space for tenants’ use. The building, along with an adjacent apartment building, rests atop an underground parking garage.

Breakthrough will occupy most of the fourth floor and all of the fifth floor. Miron Construction, one of the contractors at work on the office building, confirmed in fall 2019 that it would lease space in the building, as well.
