Children’s Wisconsin is planning to establish a new clinic in Appleton, Wisconsin.

The new cutting-edge facility, intended for children, has the capacity to handle up to 70,000 visits each year, decreasing the need for families to drive to Milwaukee for appointments. The new 50,000-square-foot facility, which will integrate clinics now offered at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah and the Children’s Wisconsin Fox Valley Child Advocacy Center, will open this autumn. Children’s Wisconsin is collaborating on the new clinic with Hammes, Miron Construction Co, Inc., and Kahler Slater. Children’s Wisconsin will continue to operate its hospital within ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah, with a 22-bed, Level 3 NICU and a 20-bed pediatric inpatient unit that cares for over 1,700 children each year, including over 300 infants.
