Dozens of lives that passed unrecognized soon will gain a respectful memorial. A group that has pressed to bring dignity to a small, barren cemetery say plans are finally in place for improvements. There were 133 people, including children, buried at the cemetery for those housed at the former Outagamie County Asylum for the Chronic Insane.
