A De Pere 5-year-old with a rare neurological condition received his wish to be a construction worker thanks to Make-A-Wish Wisconsin. The child, Dominic Filippini, is living with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe neurological disease that makes him prone to seizures.
