The Green Bay Packers won’t build higher to improve efficiency in the Lambeau Field Atrium — they’ll dig. The Packers said Tuesday they will remove ground between Bob Harlan Plaza and Lombardi Avenue, uncovering what is now the basement of the atrium, and move the Pro Shop to the new ground level. The Packers Hall of Fame will move to the second floor of the atrium, where Curly’s Pub is currently situated.
