A Milwaukee-based law firm plans to relocate its northeastern Wisconsin office from Manitowoc to the Titletown District in fall 2025.

Miron Construction not only built the office building, but in 2019 confirmed it would lease space in the property, too. The Packers and U.S. Venture in November 2021 announced a naming-rights deal that gave the building its name.
