Miron Construction Co., Inc. promotes executives at corporate office

Miron Construction Co., Inc. recently promoted two executives at its corporate office – Megan Prestebak and Joel Stave.

Megan Prestebak | Senior Vice President, Business Development, Neenah

Megan leverages her leadership and experience to lead Miron’s business development efforts across all markets served by the Neenah office. As senior vice president, business development, she focuses on building strong client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering Miron’s unique client experience across industries.

Previously, Megan led Miron’s education market, where she managed key client relationships and business development efforts for school districts. She played a key role in supporting more than $1.5 billion of education work and contributing to more than 50 successful referenda, helping communities invest in their facilities and future.

Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and a Master of Business Administration from Argosy University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and was recognized by The Daily Reporter as a Top Woman in Construction. Megan is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities and remains an active member of the local community including her involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Joel Stave | Senior Vice President, Education

As senior vice president, education, Joel leads Miron’s education market, overseeing client relationships and guiding business development efforts for K-12 and higher education partners. He collaborates closely with school districts and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that support long-term facility planning and community investment, including long-range planning facilities assessments, referendum planning, and stakeholder engagement. Joel is focused on delivering thoughtful, strategic solutions that help clients create impactful learning environments while ensuring a positive, collaborative experience for all project partners.

In his previous role as customer executive, Joel worked closely with clients and design partners to guide projects through the planning and preconstruction phases. He led project strategy, facilitated collaborative design processes, and oversaw budget and schedule development; all with a strong focus on quality and team experience. Prior to that, he served as a project manager, building a strong foundation in delivering successful projects from concept through completion.

Joel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, is a LEED Green Associate, and holds WHEA and OSHA-30 certifications.
